Job Responsibilities:
The Data Entry Clerk will assist with all clerical duties for Operations.
- Enters data into the system (Service Titan), reviewing data for accuracy, and correcting errors and inconsistencies.
- Run Reports
- Ability to remain focused and detail-oriented, and completes tasks in a timely manner.
- Comfortable with Excel – to be used for data entry proficiency.
- Importing and exporting data
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed (and approved.)
- Excellent customer service principles and practices.
- Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as database, word processing, and industry specific software.
- Skill in operating a multi-line phone system.
- Skill in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry.
