DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

This position will completely and accurately enter paper invoices and verify freight data on the company system, and check reports for the department. Must accurately maintain and improve productivity to achieve company standards of 5,000 keystrokes per hour & 2,000 freight bills per week
Previous Work Experience: Normally twelve to eighteen months of previous related work experience is required to meet job standards.
Education or Experience: This position can possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); OR twelve to eighteen months of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Proficiency: Basic proficiency on e-mail, spreadsheet and word processing software required; must be able to view, read, and send e-mail; create, edit and print basic spreadsheets; and create, edit, and print documents.
