Overview:
Job Summary:
Works cross functionally with Sales, Account Management, Client Engagement, Product and Data Integration to support customer onboarding and implementation through successful design and implementation of inbound and outbound data solutions.
Establishes and manages data trading relationships with partners and customers, serving as subject matter expert in Employer Population Health menu of products, data solutions and services, with a focus on building out processes to simplify and streamline data integrations.
Demonstrates strong organizational and problem solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to juggle many moving pieces, across multiple projects, while meeting timelines and keeping aligned with organizational goals. Attention to detail, a focus on repeatable processes, proactive communication and the desire to build and maintain relationships are all critical qualities for this role.

Technical acumen and experience working with data feeds is preferred, as is experience gathering requirements and testing.
Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support Sales and Operations in leading data integration efforts with partners and customers, with a focus on building data relationships that simplify and streamline integrations.
  • Drive the integration of data partnerships through effective and proactive management and communication, requirements gathering and prioritization.
  • Work collaboratively with partners/clients as well as internal teams to understand, design and document integrations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how integrations interact with EPH platforms and products, and apply to client use cases.
  • Continuously identify areas of opportunity for automation, product enhancement, and ways to improve customer onboarding experience.
  • Function as the go-to contact for client and integration partner data onboarding, leading requirements gathering, facilitating technical discovery and development support where needed.
  • Owns coordination and gathering technical assets from Integration partners—including validating feeds, documenting data mapping requirements, and ensuring necessary variables are present.
  • Serve as escalation point for existing integrations, working with and supporting clients, partners, and internal teams to quickly communicate and resolve open issues. Lead post-mortems to minimize reoccurrences.
  • Creation and maintenance of external-facing assets relevant to partner integration education, onboarding and training.
  • Communicates procedures to the team; drafts forms, charts or other materials to support training and education.
  • Client-focused problem solver, ensuring successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Support reporting, auditing, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Stays informed on current and upcoming activities related to assigned work.
  • Understands the business and needs of customers and partners.
  • Utilizes excellent project management capabilities.
  • Creates timelines for assigned initiatives and manages them to completion.
  • Produces high quality, accurate deliverables and obtains appropriate approvals.
  • Effectively utilizes technology and software that supports delivery process.
  • Supports the Director or Manager in the execution of assigned projects or Department operating activities.

Qualifications:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred
  • 3+ years building effective client relationships and/or Account Management preferred
  • Preferred familiarity, product knowledge and experience with Quest Diagnostics’ EPH offerings
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Project Management experience preferred
