THE ROLE

As a Data and Systems Manager you will manage all tech systems needed for daily operations, conduct scheduled audits, troubleshoot, build and send reports, analyze data (data summaries) and manage a team all with the same responsibilities. This role will also be responsible for developing and governing the collection, management and storage of data across our organization.

  • Ensure all data is accurate and up to date for all internal systems
  • Managing a small team of Data and Systems Coordinators
  • Developing and modifying data and infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting for a high growth company
  • Managing projects across cross-functional departments
  • Maintaining data management plans and instructions for operating business systems
  • Evaluating the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by comparing them with business requirements and design documents
  • Assessing system performance and making recommendations for software and data storage improvements


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of working experience in data management, data analysis, or other data administration functions including collection and distribution.
  • 3+ years of proficient working experience with spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets. This includes data sorting, formulas, shortcuts, and pivot tables.
  • 3+ years of working experience with exporting, converting, and combining multiple data files.
  • Thorough knowledge of a CRM or multiple CRMs (preferably HubSpot

  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with data spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms
  • Thorough understanding of management and data administration duties such as collection, analysis, and distribution
  • A can do attitude and a natural curiosity for solving problems
  • Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management
  • Thoroughly understand the organization’s goals, mission, and plans.


The target annual base pay range for this position is $62,000 - $68,500. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
