Daytime Bartender Job at Philadelphia Sandwich Company
Philadelphia Sandwich Company, located around the corner from Old Town's nightlife, specializes in East coast style hoagies. We have a large variety of craft beer and a full bar. We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable bartenders to provide excellent experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages and take food orders for restaurant patrons
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in the front of house
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Study the new craft beers coming in
Skills
- Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of craft beer
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns with care
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Capable of handling high volume at a fast pace
- Food Handlers Certificate and Title 4 Liquor Certification
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $80.00 per hour
