Ferrara is seeking a driven, forward-thinking DE&I Project Coordinator for our diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) team—a dedicated group of dynamic individuals who care— to help us champion diversity, build an inclusive culture and advance equity in our workplace and beyond. As the DE&I Project Coordinator you will help execute the DE&I Strategic Plan across the organization and with our cross-functional stakeholders.


The DE&I Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting projects and initiatives, using influencing and collaborative skills to accomplish goals primarily focused on DE&I programs, projects and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Engage with DE&I workstreams and support the execution of the overall strategy
  • Develop and execute a project plan, obtaining the input and resources needed to ensure all activities are performed; gather lessons learned and obtain final project approvals from sponsor and stakeholders
  • Communicate project progress and coordinate meeting agendas; produce project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to sponsors, leads, and project teams
  • Collaborate with program managers to identify workstream goals, objectives, and deliverables; track progress against goals, manage resource requests; collaborate with a global cross-disciplinary team to achieve project and initiative objectives
  • Keep current with and share global diversity, equity and inclusion-related trends and benchmarking
  • Raise awareness and participate in building and fostering an inclusive culture
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with other departments and groups

  • Ability to maintain confidential information and materials with discretion
  • Previous knowledge and/or background related to corporate DE&I change management initiatives strongly preferred
