You’ll get a chance to:

• Assist with planning and organizing and tracking training programs, seminars, and conferences that focus on courses that address mindset, skillset, and toolset to elevate the performance of Operations associates.
• Structure and enhance leadership learning materials to be appropriate for different Operations management positions.
• Assist with the delivery of GO courses at the Support Center and in the field to provide the most effective training for Operations management. Focus is on training for GMs, TLs, MUMs, and ACOs.
• Attend Operations meetings with DLD Managers (Area, Regional, Zone) to learn how to provide leadership training for Operations management.
• Participate in and support Operations and Support Center projects as assigned.
• Support the career growth and development of Operations managers by participating in the regional People Planning process with DLD Managers. Assists DLD Managers to mentor and prepare subordinate managers for promotion. Provide advice, feedback, and support on people development.
• Assist with ALL field Virtual Training programs
• Worl with L&D to expand upon and improve current training materials.
• Conduct surveys,interviews, conference calls, and focus groups to gain Operations input.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Operations experience required; Panda Operations or SC experience preferred
• Minimum one to two years of relevant work experience
• Successful completion of annual store training
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training
• If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
