Join us as a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Senior Program Manager
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a DEI Program Manager to join our HR Team. In this role you will help the best and the brightest reach their highest potential by driving inclusion practices throughout the Firm. Your ability to determine development needs, lead dynamic conversations, educate on cultural differences and analyze data will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment driven to foster employee engagement and cultivate a diverse workforce that drives business results. To be successful, you’ll need to be proactive, enjoy working with others and have exceptional analytic and communication skills.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting internal and external research on the D&I landscape to make recommendations that increase impact
  • Managing third-party relationships with external partners, maximizing opportunities to collaborate
  • Preparing presentations, speeches and other materials for LOB leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Leading special projects that further imbed D&I into daily activities and best practices
  • Tracking initiatives against goals and program spend
  • Broadening candidate outreach by coordinating various diversity recruiting activities
  • Developing and overseeing mentoring and sponsorship programs for underrepresented populations
  • Partnering with T&D to develop leadership development and recognition program for D&I employee-led initiatives
  • Managing external benchmarking survey submissions and RFP responses
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in Diversity & Inclusion or related field preferred
  • Highly collaborative
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Skilled at interacting with and influencing all levels of the organization
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and prepare reports and presentations
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to execute solutions to business issues
  • Exceptional organizational skills

BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000 which is specific to New York, NY and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
