Job Requirements:

Must be 21 or over with a valid Class E Florida drivers license. (No CDL required)

Must have a clean driving record with no accidents or major speeding tickets in at least the past 3 yrs.

Must be able to pass a background check, an initial drug test and randoms thereafter.

Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid visa.

Must have 1 year professional driving experience in the past 3 yrs or five in the past 10.

Be able to pass a DOT physical.

Be able to lift and move up to 150 lbs with a hand cart.

Be able to work in extreme temperatures with a swift pace.

Must be able to work responsibly and efficiently on your own and as part of a team.

Be able to work up to 12 hours a day when necessary.

Must be extremely reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Be able to run a scanning device and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

Be able to use gps systems and have a good sense of direction. Our routes are in the St. Augustine, Bunnell, Hastings area and knowing these areas are a plus.

Must be able to follow instructions thoroughly.

Be able to think on your feet and have good customer service skills.

Must be able to safely maneuver large trucks and vans.

We are contractors for Fedex Ground and deliver and pickup packages on assigned routes. Your daily routine will consist of showing up to the hub to load your truck in an orderly and timely manner. Then, complete any paperwork FedEx or your operating officer requires. Then follow a manifest detailing all your stops and packages until all packages have been delivered. Every day will present different situations and scenarios, you must address and fix any problems that arise while communicating with your operating officers. Our job is to assure the prompt delivery of customer’s packages, our pay, and yours, depends on that!

Additional Notes

Shifts start at 8:30 AM and can go up to 10 or more hours. We operate 7 days a week but we’re looking for someone to fill our Saturday, Sunday and Monday shifts. However, there are always opportunities to get more hours during the weekdays as a fill in.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

We don’t require specific experience in package delivery but it is a strong plus. As long as you meet all the requirements and have a positive attitude and work ethic, we will work with you.
