Responsibilities
· Performs duties including pre-delivery preparation, learning delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, and following proper delivery procedure.
· Provides excellent customer service with positive and professional customer interactions.
· Safely and timely delivers products to customers by following all federal, state, and local laws.
· Cross-train to perform in-store workstation duties including taking phone orders, making quality products by working the pizza cutting station and the pizza topping station, distributing door hangers.
· Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
· Accurately use the POS System, process cash, check and/or credit card transactions.
· Work as part of a team and assist other team members by being on time for their shift; supporting other workstations during their shift, including cleaning, and completing all opening, shift change, and closing duties, or shift cleaning.
Requirements and skills
- At least 2 years of restaurant experience
- Motivational with an ability to lead others
- Excellent communication skills
