Dental Assistant New Opening
Dental Assistant: Rare Opportunity, Full-Time Dental Assistant Opening in Holistic Dental Office in Montrose Colorado. Seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. Our office reputation is built on our ability to deliver truly outstanding patient care, and we know our success is driven by the talent and the commitment of our staff.

Duties included but are not limited to the following: Assist the doctor with all dental procedures. Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctor’s schedule and patient flow. Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart. Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance. Follow OSHA and practice safety policies and procedures. Promote and market the practice’s services. As well as educate patients and address their questions and/or concerns. Verify patient health history (basic health review, medications, understanding impact with dentistry) and document appropriately inpatient chart within the practice.

Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge. Experience with Dentrix Dental Software a plus. Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast- paced environment. Good manual dexterity. We may be willing to train the right candidate.
