Dental Coordinator Job at Childrens Dental Health
Dentistry for Children, a Spark affiliate, has an immediate opportunity available for a Dental Coordinator in our Lakewood, NJ office! This role will be Hybrid which involves traveling to our South Jersey offices; it is a unique opportunity that will involve handling communication and coordination for a new smart toothbrush study program. The position will be roughly 30 hours per week, and will include our full benefits package.
Spark Dental Management is a multi-specialty Dental Support Organization (DSO) dedicated to providing the highest level of business and operational support to our affiliated locations, allowing our dental care teams to focus on patient-centered care. We support a network of pediatric and orthodontic practices, including, but not limited to, Spark Orthodontics PA, Children’s Dental Health (PA/DE), Dentistry for Children (NJ), and Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics in Tennessee.
- Communication and coordination related to a smart toothbrush study program
- Meet parents/patients to review and provide materials related to smart toothbrush study program
- Call parents/patients as needed for reminders or non-compliance
- Other parent/guardian outreach as assigned
- Administrative duties
- Travel within ~20-25 mile radius in central to meet with parents to complete a survey (travel reimbursement provided)
- Position is remote when not meeting parents/patients at offices for appointments
- Detail-oriented, reliable (with own transportation), and professional demeanor
- FT ~30hrs/week, with benefits
