South Hayward Dental office of Kaiming Cai D.D.S. Hayward, CA 94544
Private, well established dental office looking for a friendly front desk staff member. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, energetic individual with great communication skills to join our dental team. Chinese speaker a plus. Job duties include: answer calls, checking patients in and out/collecting payments, filing charts and paperwork, getting patient files ready for appointment, emailing and texting patient for appointment reminders and helping clean rooms and set up. Some knowledge of dental is preferred(but not needed).Able to multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

All staff and customers are required to wear mask before entering our facility. Staff must be fully vaccinated.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
