Dental Receptionist Needed
In search of an outstanding, bi-lingual, dedicated, friendly, personable and highly motivated team player to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is a professional with experience in making patients feel comfortable and welcomed. This is a multi-tasking, front desk receptionist position for our busy dental offices located in Muhlenberg and Sinking Spring. This will be a two location job but will be with the same team.
This job is a full time position working M-Fr with no evenings and Sat/Sun off!!

Applicant should be knowledgeable in:
- Dentrix-preferred but not required
- Verifying insurance and patient eligibility
- Scheduling appointments
- Excellent communication skills-thorough is a must
- Experience-Preferred
Responsibilities included (but not limited to):
- Customer service, acknowledges, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
- Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to company policies
- Answering telephones and emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Confirming appointments
- Maintaining appointment book
- Follow up on no show/cancellations of appointments
- Cash handling
- Checking voicemail on a daily basis
- Maintaining a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
Schedule
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday-Muhlenberg-8:30am-5:30pm
- Wednesday-Sinking Spring-9am-6pm
- Friday-Sinking Spring-9am-3pm
Rate of pay is based on experience.
