Position Name: Patient Relations Coordinator.
Are you a self-driven multi-tasker that is looking to still be within dental, but physically away from the patients?
This position is essentially a receptionist+ position but it’s in a centralized location to answer patient interactions from 3 of the 6 offices that we have. We’re always striving for the best patient care possible and that starts with our team members. Outside of taking phone calls, you’re also inputting new patient information in, verifying their insurance, logging office production & treatment, tracking numbers etc. The nice thing about this position is that we’re a bit flexible on the hours, the phones are on from 8-6 but you can make a schedule of 8-5 or 9-6 with alternating Fridays in the future.
Ideally what we’re looking for is someone with dental knowledge, great on phones, and self-motivated (no-micromanagers here). The business center is made up of 4 current team members and we’re looking to expand to be able to take calls from all 6 of our offices. This office is pretty relaxed when the phones are off, we enjoy friendly banter and a great team atmosphere.
