We are seeking a dynamic, professional and detail-oriented Dental Schedule Coordinator to join our amazing our surgery team! Our office strives to ensure that adequate access to dental care is available for patients of all ages, demographics, and dental needs.
Travel Required to our sister office
Dental experience preferred
Dental Schedule Coordinator Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Internet
- Candidate should be positive and upbeat with a professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in the dental field is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dental Schedule Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Scheduling
- Presenting financial arrangements
- Answering phones with a pleasant demeanor
- Insurance verification
- General office duties
- Checking in patients
- Calculate co-payments
