Deployment Support Analyst: Stores Voice to Cloud

(3-5+ Month Contract on W2)

The Store Support & Technical Program team is the face of GapTech for our global store employees (Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, & Athleta). Our role is to keep stores’ technology up and running through IT support and by deploying new technology. The Deployment Support Analyst will work directly both with store employees and Technicians to convert the phone system in stores from wired phone lines (POTS) to an internet voice solution (VoIP).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support and customer service to Gap Inc. store employees and Technicians
  • Guide store managers and vendors through each process and validate successful completion
  • Research, diagnose, resolve, or escalate technical and procedural issues using multiple tools and processes
  • Use critical thinking skills, and probing questions to identify and resolves issues based on documented troubleshooting techniques
  • Remain cool under pressure and effectively handle stress, change, and uncertainty
  • Remain open to feedback to grow your performance
  • Be organized, detail oriented, and take good notes
  • Continuously improve and learn from experience
  • Participate as an active team player and share your learnings with others
  • Give explanations that are easy to understand and non-technical
  • Fulfill all scheduled shifts, be punctual, and be willing to work overtime if needed - 3rd shift availability is a plus but not required (ranges from 11pm-7am)

Qualifications (don’t worry if you don’t have them all – if you are interested let us know):

  • High level of comfort with computers and software applications
  • 2+ Years of Service Desk, Deployment or Technical Support Call Center experience (preferred)
  • Customer service experience in a retail / restaurant environment with knowledge of common retail technology and troubleshooting techniques
  • Telecom experience a plus
  • Strong technical aptitude, passion, and desire to learn more
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues
  • Articulate in both verbal and written communications
  • Familiar with MS Windows, Smartsheet, Zoom, and MS office Applications including Outlook
  • Dependable, accountable, self-motivated, with a drive to excel; exhibit a growth mindset for performance-based feedback

Additional information:

  • This position is remote and requires the contractor to provide their own high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction free work environment
  • Four weeks of paid training is required for this role; missing a day of training may result in termination
  • This is a 3-5+ month long contract position through AllSources PPS (an AgileOne company) supporting Gap, Inc.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
