Front Office/Scheduling/Consulting.
We are seeking a dynamic, individual with a comprehensive knowledge of dermatology front office to join our team. Duties include check in/out, insurance verification, phones, scheduling, consulting patients on cosmetic procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent people skills and sales skills.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service skills.
- Medical insurance familiarity, verification of benefits (no billing)
-Knowledge or strong familiarity of dermatology aesthetic and laser procedures.
- Knowledge of computers and EMR systems.
- Front Office - general skills
- Loyal and reliable
- Team Player
- Self motivated, organized and passionate about their job
