*This long-term contract position is fully onsite. This role is not available to those not local to the Atlanta, GA area*
Responsibilities for the Desktop Support Analyst:
- Provide in person and remote support for internal end users
- Resolve issues dealing with hardware, software, applications, workstations, and peripheral devices
- Support and configure Windows Servers and operating systems
- Resolve network connectivity issues
- Support users in cloud environment
Required Skills for the Desktop Support Analyst:
- 3+ years’ experience support end users in person and remotely
- Experience working in Windows 7 and 10 environments
- Prior experience working with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Prior experience utilizing Active Directory
