Are you looking for the opportunity to utilize your ability in technology? First PREMIER Bank is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to expand its Desktop Support team! This opportunity will require Enterprise Desktop Support experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze troubleshoot and repair computer and mobile devices, hardware and software.
- Document processes, perform upgrades, and assist with technology projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in hardware and software support for company workstations, printers and mobile devices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a strong understanding of Windows 10 and Office 365
- Prior experience in supporting financial services applications is preferred, but not required.
- Desired professional certifications include: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or related Office 365, or Microsoft OS administration certifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.
