Devoted Health is looking to network with new and experienced MBA graduates. We are a fast-growing startup with an ambitious mission, and looking for terrific team members to help us build upon our current strategy and beyond. Your efforts will directly impact the overall strategy and success of various initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate in a high-energy, startup environment on complex business and technology problems that are top-of-mind as we focus on providing the highest quality of care possible to our members. You possess a unique blend of business insight, business strategy experience, big-picture thinking, influencing skills, and ability to collaborate with a diverse group of team members.

You're an entrepreneurial self-starter able to help take a new house-call business from its early stages to a multi-state organization supporting thousands of patients

You have excellent attention to detail and follow through, ensuring no patient’s need gets left behind

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to clearly articulate needs, objectives, priorities, and overall strategy

You excel at solving complex problems but you’re also very happy to make a “to do” list, roll up your sleeves, and get these tasks done

You are aware of what you know and are comfortable asking for help when you don’t

You have a passion for making healthcare better; supporting the delivery of care that we would want for your own family members
