Summary of Responsibilities

This individual prepares food for patients, serves food to tables, and maintain sanitation by operating dishwasher. They are responsible for setting trays accurately, cleanliness of the work area, and the safe and sanitary handling of food, equipment, and supplies. The dietary individual also prepares and stocks all other departments with appropriate supplies and food.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in Food Industry or other healthcare environment is preferred, but not required.
• Obtain and maintain Food Handlers Certification.
• Must have the ability to bend, stoop, and lift.
• Must be on your feet most of the shift.
• Must be able to lift about fifty pounds.
• Ability to achieve high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas.
• License driver with well working automobile for reliability getting to and from work in all types of weather.
