We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who shares our spirit of entrepreneurship and passion for pets. This exciting new role will work closely with our e-commerce and marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies for our brands. The right candidate loves all things digital marketing, is highly curious, creative, flexible, self-starting, and desires to grow.

Responsibilities:

Reports to the E-commerce and Digital Customer Channel Manager.

• Partner with internal and external marketing/e-commerce teams to plan and create marketing calendars.
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media campaigns. Platforms include, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media platforms and engage with customers by responding to messages and comments.
• Collect, organize, and repurpose user generated content.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on influencer packages and track deliverables.
• Develop and deploy effective email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo to drive brand awareness and increase sales conversion.
• Report, analyze, and adjust content based on social and email campaign results.
• Write 3-4 blog posts per month, per brand.
• Assist with creation of other creative content as needed.
• Assist with copy writing and editing for digital content, product packaging, sales sheets, etc.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years’ experience in email marketing and social media management.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, lead nurturing, and marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, KPIs, and best practices.
• Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace Apps.
• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to help where needed in a smaller, fast-growing company.
• A growth mindset: strong desire to learn, grow, and embrace new ideas.
• Degree in Business, Journalism, Design preferred or like experience.
