We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Director. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and lead the Credit Union’s marketing technology strategy and management. Every day, you'll maintain a portfolio of marketing technology that optimizes marketing efforts and delivers compelling digital experiences. You'll monitor marketing technology best practices and offerings and makes recommendations for new tools and system enhancements. You'll be responsible for the Credit Union’s website strategy, including SEO/SEM and UI/UX. You'll collaborate with the VP of Systems and Optimization and project teams on the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology vendors and platforms to support organizational objectives.

To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related marketing and leadership experience. This position is one part of project management and one of process improvement. Key Skills and Experience:

  • Management experience in marketing technology including, websites using a content management system, web analytics, search and SEO, marketing automation systems, and CRMs.

  • Experienced in A/B and multi-variate testing, performance analytics, best practices for user experience design and management.

  • Strong experience with project management.

  • Understanding of advanced digital marketing principles, theory, and application to marketing projects and assignments.

  • Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.

  • Development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills are essential.

  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.

  • Experienced in MS Office programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
