**This position is remote/work from home. You need to reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support day-to-day digital marketing tasks in coordination with IMS product marketing and within the IMS Marketing Operations structure. Position includes digital marketing planning, collaboration, analysis and reporting on active campaigns.
What You’ll Do
  • Plan: Assist Director, Digital Marketing with all aspects of digital media campaign planning, activation, tracking and quality assurance in support of assigned products.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the IMS product marketing team to assist with media content and content marketing programs, including organic, paid and content marketing management. Create Salesforce reports and/or analyze lead and opportunity metrics.
  • Report: Assist Director, Digital Marketing with campaign tracking, analytics, analysis and measurement. Support financial management of campaigns, project management, and day-to-day campaign logistics.
  • Coordinate: Create organized environment for product marketing and external agency partners to effectively communicate and share files in the IMS project management tool. Ensure timely completion of assets and campaign creatives with respective digital marketing platforms.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ B2B or product marketing experience, managing multi- media campaigns. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Working professional knowledge of digital networks such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong work ethic – self-motivated and able to take initiative
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
Preferred:
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to absorb data into actionable information for marketing and sales programs
