Sayres is seeking a Digital Radio Management System (DRMS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support operations and engineering in the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) at Navy Surface Warfare Center - Corona Division location in San Diego, CA. Candidates require experience with DRMS as a government civilian, contractor, or military (Navy IT/ET ratings).

Requirements:

• Established technical proficiency in external RF communications, RF Management, Operations and Troubleshooting, spectrum/frequency management, Communications Planning
• Experienced with DRMS or Live DRMS (LDRMS) required to provide expanded capacity, improved reliability, and increased RF spectrum to live voice communications
• Experienced in communications system enabling realistic tactical communications across all warfare areas, classification levels, and releasable domains
• Experienced in Navy and Joint Digital Modular Radios (DMR) and support to DRMS Wholeness
• Experienced in Spectrum Management, expeditionary communications, and Joint communications desired
• Certified in Network+ and Security+ (or equivalent) to be part of the Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF).
• Security Clearance Requirements: Maintains an active DoD SECRET security clearance verifiable in JPAS.
