Dillard's at Fallen Timbers is looking for an experienced Dock/Operations Manager to lead our dock and housekeeping team. Responsibilities include opening the store in the morning, assigning and participating in the daily housekeeping duties, performing daily safety audits, assisting with the unloading and processing of new merchandise, supply ordering, scheduling, recruiting new team members, and other operational duties as necessary.
Experience as a team leader or manager is required, with experience in dock work and housekeeping preferred. A typical schedule is 8am-5pm, with occasional night shifts from 12pm-8pm.
