Description:
The Clinton Presbyterian Community is looking for a Dining Room Supervisor to lead the wait staff in our dining area. This leader plays a pivotal role ensuring dining and catering excellence is at the highest quality.
The Dining Room Supervisor responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Ensure all food is prepared and meals start at scheduled times
- Assist in receiving and checking in daily deliveries
- Record keeping of all food safety standards including temperatures
- Orientate, train, and evaluate department employees
Minimum Education, Experience and Skills:
- 2 years’ experience in hospitality and/or commercial healthcare kitchen
- One year supervisory experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- ServeSafe certified is a plus
