Dining Server Job at Emerald Pointe Senior Living Community

Emerald Pointe, the premier retirement community in the mid-Willamette Valley, is seeking a dedicated person to join our dining service team as a dining server (aka wait staff).
This position is part time, working our breakfast and/or lunch and/or dinner serves. The key is flexibility. Shifts are flexible and you can choose to work between 2 and 4 hours per day. Workday scheduling is also flexible, with shifts available seven days per week.
This position is not affected by Governor Brown's directives related to restaurant workers, so hours and days are predictable and consistent.
The successful applicant must have friendly, outgoing, energetic personality, excellent communication skills with capability to communicate with residents and other staff in English, an ability to work as part of a team, and strong desire for providing superior customer service to our senior residents. Some wait staff/server experience is helpful, but not required. Reliability and conscientiousness about your work is critical.
Work includes taking and serving resident meal orders, delivering meals to resident’s tables, cleaning, and other assorted “front-of-the-house” duties.
