Typical Work Schedule: Evening & Days 4:00pm-8:00pm, 11:30am-8:00pm, Saturday-Sunday. Rotating weekends and holidays.
Shift: Shift 2
Exempt: No FTE: 0.50 Part Time, 40 hours biweekly.
Position Purpose:
Summary:
Creates hospitality for patients, visitors, and guests through performing a variety of tasks in the cafeteria/retail food service. As a front facing person in the Dining Room of the Hospital, this individual is responsible for creating a pleasurable experience through the preparation, delivery, interaction, and customer service areas of dining services.
Qualifications:
Education/Equivalent Experience/Credentials:
Essential:
- Requires a high school diploma/GED or one year previous job experience required in lieu of high school diploma/GED. Knowledge of attractive food service and standards of sanitation preferred. Two weeks on-the- job training required.
Credentials:
- Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.
