Sean's Place is an adult foster care program that provides personal care, direct supervision, social activities and daily living support for disabled adults in a casual living environment. For the past 10 years we have operated in the Eugene/Springfield area assisting disabled adults in living healthy and fulfilling lives.

We are currently hiring for part time, full time and on-call DSPs. Experience working as a DSP or in a related field is required. Part-time weekdays, weekends and overnights (sleep shifts) are available. Pay is $15.50 - $18.00 an hour depending on experience with opportunity for advancement. Overnight sleep shifts pay $50 per shift. Clean driving record and ability to meet certification requirements for Developmental Disability Services plus a criminal background check required. All new employees scheduled for a minimum of 20 hours a week receive a $250 signing bonus at the end of the first 90 days and another $250 bonus after the next 90 days.

Qualification Requirements and Preferences:

-Must be at least 18 years of age

-Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

-Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the English language

-Good writing and communication skills necessary to complete all required documentation detailing supports given and daily interactions with the people we support.

-Ability to be self-motivating and able to insure the cleanliness and organization of foster home.

-If in a position that requires driving, must have a valid Oregon drivers' license and valid auto insurance policy.
