CTF is an essential employer, looking for direct support staff (DSPs) to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.

- Providing assistance and coaching with personal care, meal preparation, and leisure activities
- Assist with access to the community activities shopping, eating out, leisure, and recreational
- Assistance with other daily activities as necessary in order to assist individuals in gaining independence and achieving personal goals
