Our adult residential programs have full time and part time positions available in various group home settings within Rhode Island. Direct Support Professionals in residential programs work flexible schedules consisting of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Salary based on experience.

The Direct Support Professional's role is assisting people in becoming active members of their community, in maintaining daily living skills.

We require a favorable criminal record check, safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. High School Diploma/GED equivalent is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Household management (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
• Building and maintaining healthy friendships and relationships
• Administering medications
• Transporting individuals to work, appointments, and outings
• Exploring recreational activities that reflect the individual’s interests
