When you work as a Direct Support Professional with ServiceSource, you get to:

• Create and facilitate daily active engagement, community participation, skill-building/training activities, creative projects, and FUN for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Develop trusting, safe, and healthy professional relationships with the people you serve by providing skill-building and supports that include: communication, mobility, behavior, personal care (feeding), medication, and safety and risk management.
• Provide input and support/facilitate Person Centered Plans (PCPs), outcomes, support activities, and protocols in order to ensure success and growth for the people you serve!

To work with us, you need:

• Proof of High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of experience working with primarily people with disabilities or caregiving for adults with disabilities
