What you'll do:

• Provide services as defined in the individual's ISP (Individualized Service Plan)
• Assist with in-home and personal care
• Provide transportation
• Support individuals as they develop independence

What we need from you:

• Attend required paid training prior to starting
• Valid Driver’s License
• Consent to a background check
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver experience preferred but NOT required

The day-to-day includes personal care tasks, like assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and healthcare-related tasks. It can also include transporting individuals to and from work, grocery shopping, doctor appointments, social gatherings, and community events.
