Bright Horizons is seeking a highly motivated and analytical leader to rapidly improve the quality and insights provided by our Ed Assist data, identify new sources of value-added information enabling data-driven decision making. The person in this role will have strong technical and analytical skills and will be passionate about turning data into actionable insights.

Primary Purpose
Responsible for leading the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhance business decsion-making capabilities.


Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  • Oversees and develops BI team members and the department strategy for our growing Ed Assist business to provide sound analysis, forecasts and models that enhance operational insight and decision making.
  • Improve the quality and speed of decision-making and inform new product development process by designing and implementing reports, dashboards, and presentations and analyzing customer and market data.
  • Responsible for communications to senior management and influencing decisions based on the story provided through data analysis and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with heads of the company’s departments and divisions to develop actionable insights.
  • Evaluate and define data requirements, data sources and data standardization transformation rules.

The compensation for this role is $175,000 annual base.
