Position Title: Director, Campus Lead - South Region

Position Summary: The Director, Campus Lead is responsible for the oversight and directing of all operations for distribution and transportation that may include some or all of the following: grocery, fresh, frozen, break pack, reclaim, and automation.This position is responsible for developing a culture that upholds our company values while delivering Safety, Team, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity goals for a single campus. Direct management of the following functions may include: Inventory, Audit, Slotting, Security, Transportation, Maintenance, Facilities, WMS/Technology, Retail Customer support, CI/IE, Yard and Reclaim.

We have opportunities in the following locations:
North Carolina- Butner, Dunn, Salisbury

South Carolina- Mauldin, Elloree

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and provide vision, strategic leadership and direction for single Distribution/ Reclamation/GM and Transportation for the campus.

Daily responsibility for campus operations including quality and safety, shrink, transportation, and all aspects of meeting the needs of the internal customers (greater supply chain and retail) to provide on time and at cost deliveries, maintaining service level targets while optimizing distribution operations and controlling cost.

Develop and execute on associate engagement activites and KPIs, supporting cultural ambitions.

Ensure Safety Absolutes are maintained.

Ownership of alignment with and inegration into regional and network plans.

Manage all aspects of relationship with third party labor partner(s).

Own campus relationship with our retail brand customers in supporting a network strategic vision and direction to achieve Safety, Team, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity goals.

Develop long term strategies for the efficient planning and execution of facility physical product flow. Owns operating and capex budgets for facility.

Meet or exceed campus metrics and KPI's established to monitor and measure success and progress of the network.

Contribute to network wide initiatives to include continuous improvement projects and total Supply Chain planning.

Qualifications:
8-10 Years Supply Chain Operations Leadership experience

Past supervision of 100+ employees

BA in related field or 10+ years supply chain operations experience

Other Requirements:
20% travel availability

7 Day a week on Call
