About the Role:

The Consulting Director role is for a senior executive with considerable past experience in Strategy Consulting/Corporate roles, and a sharp acumen for business development and building new relationships with engagement prospects.

The ideal candidate will have an existing client roster and strong industry network, has sourced/managed large scale Consulting projects, has a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and is prepared to bring new direction to the firm in the way of services and clients.

  • Build new client relationships and develop a foundation of new client engagements, leveraging the 4 decades+ of Bainbridge brand credibility, internal marketing, business development, research and analytics support our team has to offer.

  • Work with staff members on new engagements, contributing to the knowledge development and knowledge sharing practices of the firm, constantly developing new business theories, frameworks, and research methodologies while teaching and mentoring staff on new techniques.

  • Lead the way on client engagements, define project requirements, and take complete ownership typically alongside a PM to execute effectively.

We are looking for people who can effectively build their own practice group within Bainbridge, leveraging the world-class brand and research capabilities, to effectively meet client needs and see engagements through to the finish line.

You are a trusted expert, a salesperson, project manager, networker, marketer, strategic thinker with 10+ years of experience, with the ability to manage all parts of a consulting engagement.

Hours and Travel:
