The Director Health Information Management will work at a 110-bed acute care hospital that offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This outstanding healthcare system has earned top marks for its quality and safety and is fully accredited by The Joint Commission.
The Director Health Information Management will oversee all policies and procedures relating to HIM. The Director Health Information Management will ensure accurate medical records and transcriptions. The Director Health Information Management will also ensure all record keeping and information disbursement complies with HIPAA regulations. The Director Health Information Management is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
Requirements include:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working in hospital management
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
