Salary Range

Dependent upon qualifications

$76,090.47 - $121,744.74

Position Summary

This Director I directs non-Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) services and some internal clinical services. This position is responsible for the quality of care, effectiveness and efficiency of services, and for assuring those services meet or exceed budgeted revenues. This position coordinates the programmatic work with current and long-range objectives of Canvas Health, determines operating policies and practices, develops and maintains contractual relationships with purchasers, providers, Counties, State, and others, establishes and controls an operating budget, and selects, supervises, and supports staff.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Licensed at the appropriate clinical level based on degree and profession (LP, LICSW, LMFT, etc.)
  • At least five years of program management experience in a Supervisory, Manager or Director role
  • Experience leading or supervising multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a mental health discipline or public administration
  • At least five years of professional experience in the mental health or human services field with at least three years at a supervisory level
  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
