Position Overview
The Director of Alliance Production (DAP) is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of programming for our Alliance community. Our Alliance community brings senior leaders from the nation’s leading youth-supporting organizations into authentic working partnerships with one another. Our program offerings span leadership development, knowledge sharing, capacity building, and systemic change work. The Director of Alliance Production organizes the work across multiple program offerings, and in collaboration with multiple program leaders internally at APA, to ensure (1) a coordinated and seamless experience for our member organizations, (2) that we achieve our intended impact in each offering, and (3) that we use data and feedback to drive the continuous improvement of our community over time. Reporting to the Vice President of Community Impact, this position is an exciting opportunity to design, execute, and continuously improve how we engage, produce, and follow up after Alliance community programming and events.

Location, Compensation, & Benefits
- APA’s team is searching for the best talent regardless of location, as such please note that APA’s team is largely remote and location is flexible within the United States.
- Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience with a range of $80,000-95,000.
