Director of Children Services - Req # 12530 Job at ORANGE GROVE CENTER
Preferred qualification: Master's degree in education and/or school administration with a minimum 5 years of experience in program supervision.
Coordinate IEP calendar & IEP meeting schedules. Write or assist in writing grant and grant and program funding proposals. Build and strengthen relationships with key collaborative partners and/ or school system. Document all program planning, policies, procedures, practices, and logistics to ensure quality control and sustainability. Update and distribute Fall registration paperwork. Approve timesheet bi-weekly. Provide ongoing training and mentor to staff. Perform additional duties designated by the COO or CEO to achieve successful of program.
Strong understanding of computerized student database systems. Computer competency and proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office environment. Provide direct support and assist with supervision of teaching staff, including recruitment , retention, and termination.
