A top health care organization in the historic eastern Texas area is seeking a Nursing Director of the Emergency Department.

The Emergency Room Director will report directly to the CNO and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department. The Nursing Director of the Emergency Department will be responsible for 20 FTES, and will have an Assistant Director of Emergency Department in place to collaboratively work together to run the Emergency Department. The Nursing Director of Emergency Department will be an experienced Emergency Room Supervisor or manager with leadership qualities and experience. This position would be an excellent opportunity for a first time Director with manager experience.
