Director of Home Care Responsibilities:
- Personnel management, P&L responsibility, quality outcomes, marketing, and business development initiatives
- Drive sales force productivity, referral generation, and achievement of revenue targets
- Monitors quality assurance of all home and community-based service operations, and implements corrective actions as required
- Performs client assessments in the field, with responsibility for closing sales and completing customer service plans and contracts in accordance with company and health department standards
Director of Home Care Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a management/director role of senior programs, preferably Home Care (Will consider Home Health & Hospice)
- Ability to effectively motivate and lead, individuals and groups with diverse needs
- COVID-19 + Seasonal Flu Vaccination Required
- LPN/RN is Preferred but not required

- Competitive Salary ($100k-$125k) + Bonus
