The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of
the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations’ mission and talent
strategies.
We are seeking an engaging and collaborative colleague, with education in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or Organizational Leadership and Development and professional experience in Human Resources
operations.
Must have:
Experience in workforce planning, recruiting, and talent development.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Thorough working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
SHRM certification highly preferred.
Previous experience in a social service setting, project management and EOS implementation a plus.
