Director of Human Resources – Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach

Fins up! Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the cultural efforts of South Florida’s newest resort location scheduled to open in the Fall of 2023.

The Director of Human Resources serves as the strategic leader of all things human. The Human Resource Director will be a champion of TPI’s core values and assist in creating a work environment where all associates thrive. The Director will be strategic and hands-on, a builder and an operator, and a key contributor to the success of Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach. This position works in partnership with the Vice President of Resort Operations and TPI's Chief Human Resources Officer.

Essential Job Expectations:

· Recruit people to the organization that are a good cultural fit and have the potential to create a win-win outcome for themselves and for TPI.

· Ensure that new associates experience an effective onboarding experience.

· Provide ongoing engagement that challenges the associates and promotes long-term tenure with TPI.

· Work with the on-property teams to promote effective hiring, onboarding, and engagement techniques to assist in maintaining a minimum rate of turnover.

· Promote a healthy, results-oriented effort to build a strong company culture based on TPI’s core values.

· Possess an effective ability to identify, mentor and follow-up on any human resources issues which could potentially put TPI at risk.

· Master the content of the TPI Operations Manual, Performance & Compensation Plan and Manager on Duty Manual.
