USA Clinics Group is looking for its next Director of Information Technology. Reporting directly to the CIO, the Director of Information Technology manages information technology (IT) tasks and staff, services computer systems and software, and maintains computer networks and user connectivity.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT functions
  • Maintain protocols for business continuity and disaster recovery
  • Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
  • Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
  • Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
  • Negotiate and communicate with third-party software providers for new software's and troubleshooting
  • Lead technology development programs – ensuring project timelines, scope and schedule are met and communicated
  • Maintain a strong focus on supporting applications that deliver a superb patient experience
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Previous management experience at the director level or above preferred.
  • At least five (5) years of IT management experience required.
  • On hands experience with various operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, VMWare ESXi, Ubuntu and RedHat Linux, required
  • On hands experience with Microsoft SQL database administration and data querying, required
  • On hands experience with modern reporting tools, such as SSMS, crystal reports, Power BI, required
  • Understand and comply with all enterprise and USA Clinics Group departmental information security policies, procedures and standards.
  • Support all compliance activities related to state, federal regulatory requirements, healthcare accreditation standards, and all other applicable regulations that govern the use and disclosure of patient, financial, or other confidential information.
  • Ability to articulate facts and ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and written and oral communications skills. Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to prepare documentation to support established objectives consistent with generally recognized standards.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work effectively with minimal direction and supervision
  • Ability to occasionally travel (5%)
