Position Overview
The Director of Leadership Development (DLD) is responsible for supporting design and implementation of the leadership development programming in our reimagined Alliance. Our Alliance community brings together the most inspiring youth-supporting organizations working in education, in workforce development, and in our democracy. Each organization enrolls 5 senior leaders in our community and all leaders to gain access to a robust menu of leadership cohorts, knowledge sharing and capacity building programming. Reporting to the Vice President of Alliance Programming (VPAP) this position is an exciting opportunity to support a growing community that is designed to build trusting and holistic relationships among leaders, to provide thought partnership and support for the most important issues leaders are facing in their work, and to explore new opportunities for collaboration and systems change in the field.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role include the facilitation of leadership cohorts and other programming, overseeing the implementation and execution of our programming, curriculum and program design, and contributions to our continuous improvement over time. This is inclusive of:

- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Systems & Operations Support

Location, Compensation, & Benefits

- Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience with a range of $80,000-95,000.
