Director of Maintenance & Environmental Services Job at JAG Healthcare Orrville, Orrville Pointe
The Maintenance & Environmental Service Director will be responsible for the daily maintenance activities and management of the environmental services team. As a department head, the Director will ensure regulatory compliance for the maintenance and life safety code functions of the building, in addition to developing and supervising department staff. Applicants do not have to have experience in a long-term healthcare setting; on the job training is available, however applicants should possess general maintenance skills including but not limited to, painting, plumbing, electrical, minor equipment repair, etc. Applicants should have well-developed communication skills, be self-motivated with a focus on continuous quality improvement and be adaptable to different care environments.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
