Utah’s premier home builder, Visionary Homes, is looking to hire an experienced Director of Marketing.
Overview
Visionary Homes is a growing home-building and land development company headquartered in North Logan, Utah. The Director of Marketing will be generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy for Visionary Homes.
Some duties may include market research, pricing, products and services marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
The Director of Marketing will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing plans and strategies and leading a marketing team. This team consists of in-house Marketing Managers, Marketing Specialists, and independent contractors.
Responsibilities
The Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Set marketing goals and objectives

• Plan, implement, and manage the marketing strategy

• Contribute to the overall growth of the company

• Review and manage content marketing strategy

• Determine KPIs for the marketing department and use reports to make data-based decisions

• Keep the marketing budget in check and make marketing budget allocation decisions

• Track KPIs regularly and present reports

• Work with sales and development and customer success teams

• Create and present the quarterly and annual marketing plans and strategies

• Analyze the company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements

• Stay up to date with the latest marketing technology and best practices

• Attend marketing conferences and educational programs

• Design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns

• Oversee and give direction to those responsible for designing and developing all online and offline marketing materials, including websites, print materials, advertising campaigns, social media pages, videos, photography, and other marketing assets.

• Oversee the training and direction of all marketing team members.

Requirements
Prior experience and success as a Director of Marketing for a multi-million-dollar company or in a marketing management position at a marketing agency that works with multi-million-dollar companies are required.
Prior experience with marketing in the Home Building Industry is a big plus but is not required.
